This call invites lecturers, researchers, graduate students and authors with high quality articles to submit them to the journal editorial board for publication in this third volume and first issue for 2019. The attached document contains detailed instructions to authors and other information on how to submit papers to the journal. Research articles that do not meet the specifications will be returned without review. We would be pleased to receive articles from interested authors on or before March 30, 2019 to allow sufficient time for peer and editorial reviews.
